Class and Exam 
  • Comprehensive preparation class for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification exam

  • Class lasts approximately eight (8) hours

  • All major topics will be discussed with ample opportunity to ask questions

  • Includes e-mailed study guide and practice tests prior to class

  • 90 question exam given online at end of class (75% score required to pass) 

  • Laptop or tablet required for taking the exam 

  • Certificate immediately available on website upon passing exam

  • Fee is $165 per student (includes cost of exam) 

  • Discounts available for multiple students as well as GRA members

  • Proctored exam service only

  • No review class

  • No study materials provided

  • No question and answer session

  • This service is scheduled as a one-on-one meeting 

  • Base fee is $80 and includes the cost of an online exam access code

  • Class lasts approximately two (2) hours 

  • Covers the basics of food safety that are needed on a daily basis

  • Includes course handbook

  • 40 question review at end of class

  • Certificate of completion 

  • Fee is $50 per student (minimum 5 students)

  • Classes held at your location (travel expenses added for locations that require more than 25 miles of travel from North Fulton)
