Food Manager
Class and Exam 
  • Comprehensive preparation class for ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification exam

  • Class lasts approximately eight (8) hours

  • All major topics will be discussed with ample opportunity to ask questions

  • Includes e-mailed study guide and practice tests prior to class

  • 90 question exam given online at end of class (75% score required to pass) 

  • Prior studying is necessary to increase chances of passing exam

  • Certificate immediately available on website upon passing exam

  • Fee is $155 per student (includes cost of exam) 

  • Discounts available for multiple students as well as GRA members

  • Proctored exam service only

  • No review class

  • No study materials provided

  • No question and answer session

  • This service is typically offered to coincide with a scheduled training class where the student will arrive at 3:00 pm and take the exam with other students

  • Fee is $35 (plus cost of exam) if done in conjunction with a class 

  • Fee is $45 (plus cost of exam) if scheduled outside of a class

  • For BOH non-management staff

  • Class lasts approximately two (2) hours 

  • Covers the basics of food safety that are needed on a daily basis

  • Includes course handbook

  • 40 question review at end of class

  • Certificate of completion 

  • Fee is $30 per student (minimum 5 students)

  • Classes held at your location (travel expenses added for locations more than 25 miles outside of Atlanta)
