Comprehensive preparation class for ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification exam

Class lasts approximately eight (8) hours

All major topics will be discussed with ample opportunity to ask questions

90 question exam given online at end of class (75% score required to pass)

Prior studying is necessary to increase chances of passing exam
